All subsurface drainage improvements shall be constructed within the existing 20 ft Drainage and Utility Servitude located at the western side of the property. Also, any improvements for your property along our shared property line may be accessed during construction. 2. All of your contractors and sub-contractors shall maintain liability & worker's comp insurance while working on the property. I assume no responsiblity for injures to your contractors or sub-contractors while on my property. 3. Your contractor's nor sub-contractors shall drive accross the property directly from the street, but must gain access to the Drainage and Utility Servitude from your property along the Coulee at the western portion of our properties. 4. Once all of the subsurface construction has been completed within the Drainage and Utility Servitude all soil surfaces must be returned to original condition or better. 5.
