Agenda Items for 3-28-2017 Bi-Weekly Construction Meeting


1.  Need to talk about connecting to sewer and water.  City had commented that they want to make the connections.  Gerald had discussed the location of the water line being in the middle of the street.

Expecting items for color choices.  
	Window frames
	Door Frames interior and exterior
	Doors

2.  Establish a schedule for inspections.

3.  Front and rear porches are not framed according to plan.  

4.  Pile on left rear still not connected to exterior beam.

5.  Double floor joist not installed under the location where the interior walls will be constructed.

6.  Emailed Charlie Crawford that it is allowed to change the steel shown in detail 'N' on sheet S3   - from 11" tall steel plate to a 10" tall x 1/2" thick steel plate for flitch beams over the openings.  Informed Charlie to mark this on the the As-Builts.

7.  Need rain day log.
