Pete<br>&nbsp;Per your advice, The interior walls will be metal studs and sheetrock. I think this will simplify construction. <br>&nbsp;The exterior walls, roof and floor will be shotcrete. BTW, you mentioned a simpler system for the roof, you said it was being used in FL. If you could send me a link, I would appreciate it very much.
