Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan SWPPP - $1,500
Stormwater drainage/detention - $3,500 (Need recent Topo Survey also include subsurface inverts) (No site visit included in fee, city may require engineer to certify installation, if required each site visit is $1,200)
Paving - $2,500 (Need recent Geotechnical Report with paving recommendations for soils)
Utilities Site Plan - $2,500 (Need recent Topo Survey also include subsurface inverts) ( Also need to know location and distance to nearest Fire Hydrant.)
Landscaping - $3,500
Building Foundation - $2,500 (Need recent Geotechnical Report with foundation recommendations for soils)
Building Structural - $2,500 (Need to know if metal or wood framing)
Mechanical - $2,000
Electrical - $2,000
Plumbing - $2,000

We do not design Sprinkler or alarm systems but can find companies to do design and submittal to State Fire Marshal.  Remember the hood system would fall under the sprinkler company.
