It would appear that some water from Pinecrest enters the property, very small amount.  This will need to be accounted for in the storm water detention plan.

Design for a 10 year storm.

Detain some storm water.  There are two catch basins on the property that can be attached to.  These were installed by the Dental Company on this property.

Gravity sewer is across Lofton Dr, but a house connection lateral was supposedly installed from it to this property.  Just don't know where, most likely a 6" lateral at the property line with the Dental Company.

Water may be on opposite side of Pinecrest, most likely 8" line.  Google Earth shows fire hydrant down the street but on this side of Pinecrest.
