CLINICAL INFORMATION:
FINDINGS: There are no articular erosions.
There are degenerative changes of the 1st metacarpal-carpal joint with
joint space narrowing and prominent marginal spurring. There appears to
be joint space narrowing involving several distal interphalangeal joints
with mild marginal spurring involving the distal interphalangeal joint of
the little finger.
IMPRESSION: OSTEOARTHRITIS OF THE 1ST METACARPAL-CARPAL JOINT AND
DIAGNOSIS INTERPHALANGEAL JOINTS.

CLINICAL INFORMATION:
FINDINGS: There are no articular erosions. There is prominent
arthritic change involving the 1st metacarpal-carpal joint with
significant joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis, and marginal
spurring. There is also mild joint space narrowing involving the
interphalangeal joints with spurring of several of the distal
interphalangeal joints.
IMPRESSION: OSTEOARTHRITIS OF THE 1ST METACARPAL-CARPAL JOINT AND
INTERPHALANGEAL JOINTS.
PELVIS ONE OR TWO VIEWS - 72170

CLINICAL INFORMATION: ICD-9 Code - 715.00.
FINDINGS: Sacroiliac joints are within normal limits with no erosions,
ankylosis, or fusion. Hip joints are within normal limits. There is no
bony abnormality of the pelvis or hips. There is degenerative disc
disease at L5-S1 with prominent lateral osteophyte on the right.
IMPRESSION: 1. NO ABNORMALITY OF THE SACROILIAC JOINTS OR HIP
JOINTS.
2. DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE AT L5-S1.
