Using either the Shift or Ctrl key for making multiple selections is a familiar option in Windows programs.

• Click the first item you want to select, hold the Shift key and click the last item you want to select. All items between the two will be selected.

OR

• Click the first item you want to select, hold the Ctrl key and click each additional item you want to select. Only the items you've clicked will be selected.
