This command can also be executed from the Editor Toolbar

This command creates a new file and opens it in the Editor. This function is not to be used to create new Sections in Jobs or Masters, and is only available when working in a Master or when the Editor is opened independently by using the Windows Start button.

Click Start } Programs } SpecsIntact } Editor.

You can use this command to create three types of document files which the Editor can support: Section files (*.sec), document files (*.doc), and other files (*.*). Each type has its own document type definition file with formatting specifics. See Tagging Specifics for more information.
