This command pertains primarily to Masters, however two of the functions are available for Jobs.

The functions common to both Jobs and Masters are:

• Project List of Sections (Pull Table) -- allows you to add to your Pull Table any Section files that have been placed in a Job or Master folder through the Windows Explorer.
   

• Mark All as

  • Unified Submittal Descriptions -- inserts the following MTA tag at the beginning of the Sections: <MTA NAME=SUBFORMAT CONTENT=NEW>

  or

  • Old Submittal Descriptions -- inserts the following MTA tag at the beginning the Sections: <MTA NAME=SUBFORMAT CONTENT=OLD>

It should be noted that using one of the Mark All functions to insert the MTA tag does not alter any of the content of the Sections. If the format of a Section needs to be converted to either old or new Submittal type, it must be edited using the SpecsIntact Editor. In addition to the above, the following may also be selected for Masters during Release Processing:

• Table of Contents With Scope -- creates a Table of Contents for the Master that includes a brief description of the Sections (will be listed with Section files in the SI Explorer).
   

• Table of Contents Without Scope -- creates a Table of Contents for the Master (will be listed with Section files in the SI Explorer).
   

• Master Reference List -- creates a list of all References cited in the Master (to edit or print this list, use the Process | Reference Processing | Master Reference screen and choose the Edit or Print option).
   

• Reference Location List -- creates an alphabetical list of all References used in the text and lists their location by Section and Subpart.
   

• Set MasterFormat 1995/2004 -- sets the Master Properties | Options | CSI MasterFormat Version based on the Masters Submittal Procedure and Sources for Reference Publications Section numbers.  If the Master does not include these sections the process will look at the other section numbers within the Master to determine the correct setting.
