This command removes <DEL></DEL> tags from text previously designated for deletion, and removes the red overstrike .
Activating this command without any redlined text selected will restore all redlined text throughout the entire Section, and remove the corresponding <DEL>tags.
Activating this command with specific redlined text selected will restore only the selected text (this command can also be activated from the right-click menu).
You can use the Edit
| Undo command to reverse the results of this function before
the changes have been saved.
Example of restoring selected text using this function:
You have used the Revisions function to mark the following text for deletion:
<DEL>SpecsIntact will not unmark the selected text</DEL>
If you select the word "not" and click Edit | Undelete Redlined Revisions
(or right-click and choose the same option from that menu) the result would be:
<DEL>SpecsIntact will </DEL>not<DEL> unmark the selected text</DEL>
This function has no
effect on any text marked for addition by green underline and located between the
<ADD></ADD>
tags -- see Delete Added Revisions for
that function.
For reversing both Add and Delete functions at the same time, use Remove All Revisions.
