The following functions are available from this screen:

• Action

  • Reconcile References in the Reference Article (available for both Jobs and Masters) -- adds information to the Reference Articles for and RIDs used in the Section text but not contained in the Reference Article.

  • Remove Unused Reference -- checking this box will enable the system to also remove information for References not used in the Section text.

  • Generate New Reference Articles In Sections (available for Masters only -- this function will first delete the existing Reference Articles and then generate new ones based on References used in the Sections' text. )

  • Remove All References From Reference Articles (available for Masters only) -- this function will remove all existing information from the Reference Articles.

• Master/Supplemental Reference List to Use

  • Click to select the Unified Master Reference List (UMRL), Master or Supplemental Reference Listto use for the Actions chosen above. For Jobs, you must use the Supplemental Reference List.
