This command is available when the cursor is placed between Reference Identifier <RID> tags within a Section.

Clicking it enables the system to compare the <RTL> and <ORG> for that RID as it is found in the Section Reference Article with any corresponding listing found in the default Master Reference List or the Supplemental Reference List.  

• When there is a difference between the Reference on the list and the one in your Section's Reference Article -- or it is missing from the Reference Article -- you will have the opportunity to update the Reference in the Section.

• If the Reference in the Section is not found on either the MRL or SRL, you will have the opportunity to add it to your SRL.
