The entire floor is unoccupied at the present time. The freight elevator will be made available to the contractor to take material to the second floor each day, after office hours. Toilets on that floor will be available to the contractor's workmen, and will be left clean at the end of each day's work.(#  ?  B.` ` Window Walls, Building 3500(#`  ? ` ` 1. Generally, window walls to be repaired are on the third floor of building 3500. The work must be executed from the exterior side of the windows, with as little interference from the inside as possible. The work is located at the east end of the building 3500 and at the boiler house.
