round or square holes with rounded corners, spaced as standard with the manufacturer.  Join the entire assembly 
by electrical welding; welds shall be of deep penetration, continuous, and ground smooth.  Prime bunks with one 
shop coat of primer. Bunks shall be wall and floor mounted.</TXT><BRK/>

receipt tabs to protect identity of key borrowers and supply receipt tabs for temporary loan. Provide one cabinet 
in the main control center, and one duplicate cabinet in the Station Security Office and one duplicate cabinet
