END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE
This software license is provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the author or distributors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This license is not a sale. The author grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferible license to use this copy of the program and accompanying documentation according to the terms and conditions.
Trial Software: Some or all of the software may be licensed on a trial basis. Your rights to use trial software are limited to the trial period. You may have the option to convert your trial rights to subscription or perpetual rights.
Subscription Software: If you licensed the software on a subscription basis, your rights to use the software are limited to the subscription period. You may have the option to extend your subscription or convert to a perpetual license.
Perpetual license: A perpetual license does not expire as long as you comply with the terms of this license.
You may use the software as a single user install the program on only computer at any one time. Unless, a multi-user version has been purchased, and then may be used by the purchaser to install and activate the software on multiple workstations.
RESTRICTIONS:
You may not:
a. Copy the software or the documentation which accompanies the software except as permitted by this license;
b. modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software or create derivate works from the software; or
c. sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the software or grant any rights in the program or accompanying documentation in any form to any person without the prior written consent of author;
d. remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the program or the documentation.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and software included in the product package are owned by José María Rubén Paz and are protected by Panamá copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
This license shall remain until terminated by the actions of either party. You may terminate this license at any time simply by destroying all copies of the software, as well as all related documentation. Unauthorized copying of the program or the accompanying documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this license.
Installing and using this software means the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
