SpecsIntact provides time-saving, automated quality assurance reports. These QA features reduce the man hours necessary to verify the accuracy of the following items contained in the specifications:
Technical References

Test Requirements for the project
Proper tagging of these items, as well as other elements of the Section text, ensures that the system will accurately locate, verify and report on these items. The elements used for this purpose are referred to as tags .
SpecsIntact Sections contain other specially tagged items to assist in specification preparation and editing:
Notes for the Specifier can be automatically removed from the printed Sections (eliminating the need for manual deletion) but they remain available on screen in the edited Sections.
Bracketed options provide the Specifier with selections from a choice of text, and a bulit-in a verification option is provided to ensure that all brackets have been removed from the edited Sections.
The Editor's Reference Wizard and Reference Checking is an exciting feature that makes working with References almost effortless.
The Reference Wizard is triggered by selecting either the REF, RID, RTL or ORG tags from the SI Editor's Tags Bar. By selecting one of these buttons, the Reference Wizard will open.
The Reference Checking is triggered by right-clicking on the Reference Identifier (RID) and selecting "Reference Checking" from the menu. This feature enables the system to compare the <RTL> and <ORG> for that RID as it is found in the Section Reference Article with any corresponding listing found in the default Master Reference List or the Supplemental Reference List.

See Reference Wizard for more information on this feature and how it is used by the SI Editor.
