This will require approx 60 hrs drafting support

 I will need AHU locations and roof penetration locations for kitchen equipment .  I will need electrical equipment on the  roof locations.

The design package will be 9 sheets
1 sheet floor plan  showing anchor bolt location and dimensions
1 sheet roof plan  showing roof framing 
2 sheets major cross sections
2 sheets minor  cross sections
1 sheet parapet details
2  sheets framing details

I am going to need  structural design software 3 months @ $50.00 month for the building  
and  foundation  design  software for one month @ $70.00
