Notes for Pre-Construction Meeting:

1.  Cover the Partition types on A101 and A501.  Partition types P-1 and P-10 are metal stud partitions and they have fire rating.  
	a.  A101 detail #4 has incorrect partitions at the IT Closet.  P-1 is shown however these should be P-8
	b.  A101 detail #2 has incorrect partition at the wall between the Utility Rm and the Storage, shown as P-1 but probably should be P-8, however this partition requires R-19 insulation.  Note P-1 shows R-19 insulation.  Utility Room is conditioned space and the Storage 1 and Restroom are not conditioned.
	c.  A101 detail #2 has incorrect partition at the wall between the Utility Rm and the Restroom, shown is P-3 which is technically correct but requires R-19 insulation.
	d.  A101 detail #2 has incorrect partition at the wall between the Utility Rm and the Maintenance Bay, shown is P-9 which is technically correct but requires R-19 insulation.

2.  Need to add a conduit for the antenna coax cable to the antenna.  Use of sweeping ells is required.

3.  All sheetrock corner molding shall be screwed.
