Dammon Engineering is pleased to offer you a position within our firm.  As you are aware Dammon Engineering is constantly being contacted with many new and exciting project opportunities.  We look forward to a mutually beneficial employment relationship.

We are offering you a weekly salary of ______ with the ___ paid holidays.  This salary will be augmented with bonuses from projects that you personally find and bring a signed contract into the firm.   You will receive a ___ % bonus from each of these projects on the following schedule:  25% of the bonus will be paid at the end of the quarter after we receive the down payment for the project, the remaining 75% will be paid at the end of the quarter after final payment is received.

Dammon Engineering will want a commitment of 5 years with the possibility of offering a partnership after that time period; the parameters of which shall be based upon an audited assessment of the firm at that date.  

Dammon Engineering will pay for all Architectural Design Liability Insurance.
