Agency Masters can be displayed, and new Local Masters created, through the SI Explorer. Masters other than those produced by the agencies are normally called Local Masters (but may also be referred to as Office Masters, District Masters, or Regional Masters).

A new Local Master can be created through the SI Explorer's New Master command, and should follow the Master Text structure. Sections from any Master can be added to a Job or to another Local Master by the Add Sections command, or by using the drag-and-drop function in the SI Explorer.
